年に保健科学部と看護学部の全学生が合同で学ぶ専門職連携教育（IPE：Interprofessional education）を実施した。IPE を全学で実施するに先立ち、全学の教職員を対象とした研修会を 4 回開催した。本稿では第 2 報として、第 4 回研修会の内容を報告した。第 4 回研修会では、IPE の準備研修をしたのち、専門職連携教育実践（以下、IPW：Interprofessional Work）演習Ⅰを両学部合同で実施したプロセスと成果を報告した。IPW 演習Ⅰの授業運営とスケジュール、事例検討、発表会、ファシリテーターのかかわり、さらに IPW
