年に保健科学部と看護学部の全学生が合同で学ぶ専門職連携教育（IPE）を実施した。IPE を全学で実施するに先立ち、全学の教職員を対象とした研修会を 4 回開催した。本稿では第 1 報として、IPE に関する共通理解を深めることを目的とした IPE 準備のための研修内容を報告する。第 1 回は「IPW（専門職連携実践）と IPE の基本的な考え方とカリキュラムマネジメント」を学び、第 2 回は「本学における IPE カリキュラム」を紹介し、第 3 回は「IPW 演習Ⅰの授業の実際とファシリテーション」をテーマとした。第 1 回の基調講演のポイントを記述し、第 2 回、第 3
